  I had booked a spot at your affiliate parking lot by Naples Airport. I had done as instructed on the reservation, calling 20 minutes before valet parking. When I called, I was answered by a person who does not speak any English. Then I tried the alternate number and had the same issue of non ability to communicate. I had tracked down someone at the airport information desk who could speak both English and Italian. She informed me that I had to drive to a location that was approximately 6 kilometers away to the parking garage. This was completely contrary to the instructions on your website. The translator also informed me that I would have to use a taxi to return to the airport. With the time crunch to make my flight and park my car I had to use another parking lot located at the airport. Failure issues: English speaking representative not available for confirmation of arrival at airport The idea that I had to "drive" to a parking lot when the website said "airport valet service". Taking a taxi back to the airport after driving my car to the parking lot, when "airport valet service" was part of the agreement when I paid for the service. The stress to make alternative parking arrangements with little time to make my flight.

  The service is not adapted for long-term rentals: they don't offer automatic renewal, you must compose 6 digits number to enter and leave a parking, a keyboard is located right next to the entrance, so you must get out of a car to compose the code. There're alternative services that have mobile apps to enter / leave a parking. Aren't we in the 21th century?

  Pedestrian exit had no onepark keyboard and therefore was unaccessible. I have had to go to the car access and call customer service asking to open the gate for me since I couldn't use my code there or my booking would have ended. Getting back my car, pedestrian access had the onepark keyboard but would only allow me to enter a hall but no access to the stairs in order to go to the garage. So again I had to call and use the car access Other than that, it's been great parking close to the city center for that price

  All was great, except for the confusing information about the logistics of parking. I was told that I needed to validate my ticket at a Aena counter once parked. But when I went there, the attendant told me everything was in order and I didn’t need validation. Conversely, I was not told to validate my ticket when getting out of the parking lot, and had to find a counter to do so before being able to exit the lot. In summary, clearer info about the procedure to follow would be great, especially for first time users.

  They ask the model and number of the car but many people have a car for renting, so they don't know this things before and the process don't go head. I think that is better if onepark explain in the process that is possible insert "NC" if the people don't know it.

  This particular garage was only to book by the link in Google maps, first I copied the link of onepark.co to the browser, but then this garage in Milano is not showing up. So secondly I used the link from Google maps and everything was really easy.

  we were locked in for an hour because the norausgabc had a lock and the door we came in from the inside didn't open anymore. if it had burned we would be dead now. No bell, no cameras, no response to calls for help. The police had to come and get us out.

  Everything was very easy. I did a reservation online one sat before I was planing to go to Paris. Didn’t have any issues parking the car or leaving the parking house. Everything was perfectly fine. The price is a bit high but I think that its normal for Paris standards. I would book it again.

  Outstanding, and extremely easy! I booked the closest parking to my train station. I parked my car for 4 days for a very low price of €37. I got a special access code upon my booking confirmation. I used it to enter and to exit in the parking lot entrance. Highly recommend!!

  July 2022. Very close to the sea front and our hotel. Parked lwb VW multivan for 6 days in safe and secure place out of the sun. Use level 2 right at the back. Plenty of empty spaces. Perfect 👍 Cheaper than hotel parking

  The maximum height was set to 2,20 m on the website. In reality we were met with a 1,90 m sign and a lowhanging beamer. The 2,20 m height was crucial to us, and there are no real alternatives in Grenoble on a saturday in july! This left us in VERY stressing situation. There is no emergency phonenumber or any other possibie way to get in contact with Onepark in a situation like this. Furthermore the sign/name on the car-park did not match the name on the booking, as in no matching words at all! Completely hopeless experience. NEVER AGAIN!!!

  It's very useful to park in Paris in a covered parking lot. There are plenty of them and are well marked. It's very easy to book a spot. The whole process went smoothly.

  We had originally made a deal with one car park but were advised after a few weeks that this was not available and we would have to repeat the process with another car park, which was charging more. I feel that this wasn’t my problem. However the car parking with the new company went very smoothly.
