  i booked a car parking in Paris. since i had a rental car (from Germany), I put the car license plate exactly as it appeared on my car key chain. the plate camera did not recognize it and i had to talk to the parking attendant who told me to take a ticket. upon leaving the car park i had to again talk to the parking attendant. she asked a few questions and later manually opened the gate. it would be great if the website provided examples of how we should write the car plate numbers from each EU country. I loved the fact that i could leave and re-enter the park (although i didn't actually use it because i preferred to use uber to get to different locations within Paris). Over all, it was a very good experience. I would book again.

  Only French language on the screen when entering the code at the entry. Therefore, I didn’t understand if the code was accepted or declined. I expected the ticket to jump out automatically, so I wasn’t sure if I need to press the button after entering the code. This was a dilemma because if the code was not accepted and I press the button for the ticket, I might get the “normal” ticket, not the booked one. So I ended up exiting the garage right away and calling the customer support. This confusion would not have happened if the feedback on the screen would be displayed in the international iconography or language.

  An absolute disgrace . The hotel at Angoulême was closed so had to park at a nearby public park at a cost of e50! I have spoken to one park who where unaware of this hotel’s problems. Several other people appeared to be in the same position . I expect a full refund and compensation for the cost now standing at in excess of e80

  Fairly easy to park though the spaces are very narrow which makes getting out with children tricky - no parent child spaces. Toilets never had soap in and were not very clean. Also it wasn't clear if you still had to validate a pre paid ticket before you exited the car park. One car park said we owed €15 when we tried to leave despite having pre paid. When we called for help we weren't able to communicate as their English wasn't good and our French isn't - they let us out eventually.

  The order process was good, but the location was not open when we went to pick up the car. It’s a hotel and nowhere does it say that they would be closed and uncontactable. We arrived about 20 minutes later than planned due to a train delay, but couldn’t access the car.

  Clear information to locate best car park for our needs. Fair (not cheap) price for secure but accessible parking in central Paris. We felt comfortable to leave our vehicle fully loaded overnight and we’re not disappointed.

  It is impossible to continue your booking for an additional period. I've booked parking for a month and when I tried to extend my subscription (3 days before the end date) It said that I cant do this and there are no free spaces. So if you need to book a place by booking the next period a month ahead

  Works well apart from the lack of flexibility. It would be great to be able to change times on the fly because sometimes we realise that we need to park for longer or less. Currently it’s not possible to change times once booked.

  It is confusing. I received an email confirming my ticket, but it contained very confusing information saying I need to ring ahead 30 minutes before arriving about a shuttle that was not mentioned before and the same email says there is no shuttle.

  It has very narrow lanes. You have to be very carrefull when entering the parking, not to hit your front left wheel, by the concrete kerb between the two lanes. The slope of the ramp is very steep. You have to use the same code received via email, to open the front gate and the indoor barrier. When exit, you should wait for the front gate to open completely, and take care of the pedestrians on the sidewalk in front. Close to the Eiffel Tower, 7 min walking. Very good location of the parking place.

  The code didn’t work, next a French support lady dare to say that I was in the wrong parking and was sending me around instead of opening the door. She didn’t count I had a Hilton representative next to me hearing the conversation, He asserted it was the right parking . Imagine a customer alone there at 5am with children and nobody to support? This should not be happening to anyone , you are in a foreign country this is not a joke
