  Everything was perfect. My only concern has to do with the parking itself and the registration of my exit - there was no device to enter the exit code on my way out and I was confused about how to do it. Other than that, very happy with the experience!

  Had to change the reservation times. This resulted in cancelation of the reservation and a new booking which was not confirmed. Luckily I was able to make another reservation. The code we received didn't work for access to the parking via pedestrian entrance. The hotel staff was able to assist here.

  It was my first booking . Therefore I was a little bit sceptical before. Booking was easy. The process on site of entering and checkout to/from the garage was easy. No problems at all. Would recommend it.

  The experience is overall good. I would like to make a suggestion about the ios app. It would be good to have a parking location address to be selectable or even clickable with a suggestion to show the location marker on the google map or apple map to get a direction. It is not very convenient to retype the address text in the google maps search.

  Easy to find and access the parking with the details I had in the email.I would say good prices as well considering the location the parking was.initially done the booking wrong (my fault) and payment gone trough, I haven’t been taxed for cancellation and the money was returned in seconds although my card was from a different country and on the cancellation they’ve said it would take 10 days.

  Very easy to book. Even cheaper than going through other Web-Sites. It is not the first time I book with onepark. I will do it more often. Always when I need a parking space or I must leave my car at the airport! The only thing is that it doesn't work with ING in Spain. The restrictions are very heavy. They promised to solve the problem with the bank.....

  We were very pleased with the booking process and the parking is very neat and clean. The automatic license plate recognition is very practical. One remark perhaps, we went slightly over the reservation time and some additional parking fee was automatically being charged for this. From the information that was provided up front we were aware that this would happen, but it would have been handy to also know up front what the charged amount (based on the 'overtime' duration) would be. Overall we were quite pleased with the service.

  Was very easy and worked the way it was described. Specific to the parking at Place Camille Jullian, there should be directions sent to subscribers about how to approach the parkade - very challenging given the complexity of pedestrian only streets and one ways in the downtown area.
