Fui ao site fazer alteração e por um dia cobraram mais de 50€. Quando cheguei para levantar o carro queriam cobrar mais 26€. Resumindo se nao tivesse reservado online teria pago 26 e online cobraram me 53. Vergonhoso

Verified reviewSafe and cheap parking. If you choose a package of more days, the price is even better. Just pay attention, in case you want to go in and out, choose the multiple exit option. Otherwise the reservation ends regardless of whether the package is for many days and you need to contact them by phone to solve it.

Verified reviewThe booked car park was permanently closed and unaccessible. Customer service refused to refund my money and insisted the car park was open by sending a picture from their website which was not a current photo. I have had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. The customer service team has stopped responding. These guys are scammers.

Verified reviewThe number plate recognition did not work (this is the third time this has happened in about a year). The barcode to enter the car park by foot (after parking the car) did not work. Customer service (contacted via on the speakerphone outside) was rude and unhelpful, essentially unwilling to check the booking ID to look into the matter.

Verified reviewI was surprised by the number of bad reviews for the various car parkings in Paris. But this one gets 5 stars from me. Booking went easy. Information was clear. It was easy to find. Doors opened on (foreign) license plate (in & out). Lanes and spaces were wide enough. Code for the pedestrian entrance worked like a charm.
