Verified reviewUI worked correctly, but web UI for some reason is more outdated than the mobile app. Also lacking the ability to manage multiple cars, payment methods and billing addresses. Also missed payment options like PayPal or Google Pay

Verified reviewIt was easy to book, but when we left the car park after one week, our booking was not recognised (despite the number plate recognition) and the machine said we had to pay €351! We had to speak to someone through the intercom who didn't speak a word of English. Luckily my husband understands very basic Spanish and managed to sort it, but it was highly stressful. Plus, not OnePark's fault, but our car was hit by another car whilst parked, leaving a big dent - no details for the other driver.

Verified reviewSadly the Easy Hotel in Málaga didn't seem to understand how your system works. When I returned for my second day of parking, I pressed the buzzer and I kept being asked which room number! We were not staying at the hotel but I could not get the man to understand or let me in, he told me to come to recepysoni had to abandon the car in front of the lift, go to reception, wait ages as they were checking people in, I showed him my confirmation email and STILL he didn't seem to understand!!! Finally he let me in because I was getting so annoyed I think he decided to let me have it my way but that was not a smooth ride.

Verified reviewThe entire process was excellent - location itself, directions to it, navigation to the correct parking spot once at the garage. The missing 5th star is because of the labyrinth of getting out of the place on foot to get to the GVA terminal - arriving before 0600 meant the lift was inaccessible, and it was very confusing exiting the building. Otherwise, great experience.
