    It was generally good but we faced multiple times difficulty to enter the parking lot after 20:00pm or exiting a parking using our code. There was no customer service phone line.

    very simple to do a booking and very convenient , and so close to station Only fault is that the map does not accurately show the positon of the parking garage correctly, so a bit confusing the first time, should show pic of the parking garage which you are booking

    Brilliant service on arrival and return journeys. My husband , on arrival at the airport, left his mobile in the car. The driver called to let us know and drove back to the airport with the phone. That level of service is exceptional.
