Verified reviewAlthough the parking was very close to the train station and getting in was easy, leaving was a nightmare. When we entered our code, the arm lifted but the gate did not open. So we were unable to leave the car park. It took a long time to contact someone who did not seem to understand the situation. They did inform us that our parking was successfully cancelled. Eventually some pedestrians opened the gate from outside and we snuck out the entry lane. If you are leaving during daylight hours you should be OK but I wouldn’t advise this if you need to leave late at night.

Verified reviewEinfach zu buchen und unser Parkhaus in der Rue Mayran in Paris war gut zu finden und der Zutritt Problemlos. Drinnen sauber und Hell. Die Parkplätze im zweiten Untergeschoss waren paristypisch eher eng, weshalb wir vorsorglich mit dem kleineren Zweiteagen angereist sind. Ein Parkplatz war jedoch so eng an einer Wand, da wären wir glaube ich niemals rein gekommen bzw. aussteigen / die Türe öffnen wäre unmöglich gewesen. Aber es war noch ein anderer frei; Problem gelöst.

Verified reviewArrived at the parking and was unable to register on the app to open the gate. Onepark helpdesk and customer service unavailable on calls, not a single support. Took me 1 hr to get in the car park.
