Verified reviewThis time there was an issue upon my arrival as it appeared the parking lot was full even with my reservation, meaning the gate would not open with either my license plate or the code provided. A parking attendant had to let me in... which also led to difficulties when leaving. Again, licence not recognized and needed to use the call button to get the barrier opened

Verified reviewThe carpark's address took me to the front of the hotel. It was very difficult to find the entrance, as it is situated on a one-way road. Neither Waze nor Googlemaps were able to take me there. I had to look at the address on the map and drive there. There are no explanations on the website.
