Verified reviewNavigation of this site was easy enough, but the car park that was shown on the map was in a totally different country.I had booked a covered car park in Koln, Germany, which was shown on the map as being in the perfect location for my needs. However Once paid for and looking at the directions map I found out that this car park was in actual fact in Barcelona. ?????

Verified reviewVery easy to book. Price was great. Car felt secure when parked. The only little niggle was that the map directions were not entirely accurate. Luckily there were two of us so I could get out and walk to find the entrance while my husband then drove the car to find me.

Verified reviewI tried to make my payment with my credit card . It would not go through. After calling my bank they told me that there was a technical problem between Mastercard and one park. My bank was able to get the payment to go through, thankfully.

Verified reviewHad the parking booked one day ahead of time. The license plate was not recognized. I exited the car and manually entered the confirmation code (Booking ID:4225550 Car park name:INDIGO ALMA GEORGE V Public Car Park (Covered)). Queue started to build up, I manually entered the code once again and the machine gave me a ticket. Thus, I paid for the same parking twice... approximately 2 x 30 euros...
