Verified reviewThe entry code was not accepted at arrival, due to malfunction of the system. I've entered with a parking ticket and at the hotel reception they registered my entry. I exited from the parking already with the code, without any problem.

Verified reviewWhen I arrived at the parking spot, the door wouldn't open. I tried all the codes from the emails and the app, but none of the codes matched any of the entry devices at the entrance to the underground parking lot (the same codes later worked when leaving the parking lot). I called the listed support number, but no one picked up the phone. I was helped by a French-speaking passerby who called the local parking lot attendant, who let me in.

Verified reviewVery easy to book, and my former car was still in your database. Quite easy to refind my latest booking. However, when I got my bank review, it marked One Park Paris. Being in Paris quite otten without booking parkings, I thought it was fraude on my Visa, so I blocked my credit cards. You should notity somewhere Beauvais (in my case) or all af the other sites on the bank extracts. Thank you.

Verified reviewGreat experience. Booked online, paid straight away, location was way to find and only 13 mins walk to the Eiffel tower.2 hours cost 6.90 euros so that was a great price too compared to other location prices. We would highly recommend
