Paris is a popular tourist destination but no English speaking staff. At least there should be step by step guide and instructions printed at entry and exit of car parks. No clear instructions anywhere. otherwise good parking and close to sightseeing.

The parking location used previously (‘lido’) did not appear on the app map. The app didn’t recognise me as a previous customer. The app asks for ‘landing’ date and does not accept booking but when ‘departure’ date put in place of ‘departure’ date then booking was accepted.
