Verified reviewBooking was easy, but their system needs some attention regarding handling timezones. Multiple bookings were changed from the times I entered as assumingly the local time of the facility, to the timezone of my device. There should be a time zone selector, or they should store all datetime values as UTC or the timezone of the facility. The time fixes i needed to make caused a cancelation and rebooking, which generated one time fees each time. I reached out to customer service and was told they could make the fix for me... which meant they did the cancel/rebook with fees...sigh.
