Verified reviewThe mobile app needs works. I want to book the same garage on a monthly basis, but the app won’t let me rebook until we’ll after the reservation has expired. If I wait for that, then there is at least a day or two where the garage doesn’t get paid. So, I have to make a whole new booking that overlaps with the previous month’s. That is just clumsy, and the app should be rework to accommodate a monthly booking.

Verified reviewWhen I booked parking at APS castorama. From 7:30 to 11:30. I received a confirmation email. Although. When I went in to park I got a ticket. And when I left I couldn't leave today, as I didn't know the code, so I paid twice for parking that day at the castorama

Verified reviewThe navigation on site was a bit complicated. It took a bit too long to get everything finally is clear. The service was actually pretty good. The location is okay. But the parking garage itself is bad. I had issue to find my car back. The lift has no number, so i didn't know how i have to go to the third floor forexample. The information in the parking garage i think is bad. But i'm satisfied enough about Onepark.

Verified reviewFirst time I tried to book it was awful , registered a card , it was approved , then booking failed , registered another bank card - one I’d used earlier in the day. Booking seemed ok , but then even though I had a booking number , payment hadn’t gone through. Could see no reason why not. I contacted customer services - using the option - I have not made a booking ! Or something like that.. received automated response that it had been logged. Today I tried booking again , all went through fine, money gone from my account and reservation email received . I’ve contacted customer services again saying please ignore first attempt at booking as I’ve now done it successfully. I hope u don’t end up with two bookings! So yes , today it was easy , but yesterday was frustrating and impossible . As I was doing this for my mother who is flying next week ,it was also concerning as she was very anxious and was thinking she’d have to drive to the airport to try to sort it out ,

Verified reviewThe booking process was very smooth. One thing to note is the parking lot sizes, I was on the -2 floor and it is not prepared for mid to large SUVs even though it mentions that it can fit these cars on the website. Luckily the parking was empty so there was no issue but if it is during high season it will be challenging for mid-sized cars to fit. It even seems that the smaller cars barely fit the space.

Verified reviewGreat parking right across from the train. Our only issue was the gate. The hotel wasn't open when we arrived and a gate code was not provided at check-in. 2 helpful men from the hotel (guests or employees??) had the code and let us in. Other than that everything was perfect.
