Verified reviewVery disappointed… I’ve said it before, I made a mistake when I booked and selected the wrong date. I didn’t realize it and when I got there the agent told me I was a few minutes early and couldn’t get in… he never told me that it was the wrong date, just had me waiting at the gate, when I was taking my elderly father to the hospital. It was very bad service, I paid twice, asked for a refund when I got home and saw the actual booking date, was told I couldn’t get a refund (policy that sus you have to cancel one hour prior…), was given a promo code instead, that was not accepted in the SAME parking I rebooked to pick up my dad from the hospital… very bad customer service, at the location and online. Disappointing and sad. Won’t use Onepark and SAEME again

Verified reviewSo far so good. Used once before and it was fine once we understood that there are specific bays in the car parks for one park. Otherwise we would have been towed. Also the digicode entry exit system can be a bit daunting with doors not opening and closing etc. All part of the adventure

Entered the place i wanted to find parking And chose a price and place just right for me.. immediately got confirmation and information on how access and exit parking lot... Much easier when you have parking arranged in advance... great service use when ever I need to arrange parking in advance

Verified reviewDas Parkhaus ist sauber und unser Auto war sicher untergebracht. Leider hat die Einfahrt mir dem vorgebuchten Zugangscode nicht funktioniert. Das Problem wurde direkt vom Personal behoben. Die Rampen zwischen den Stockwerken sind sehr schmal. Mit unserem Kamiq ging es , aber es war eng.
