    Good but, for my car I should pick a surname and there was an example of „personal car“. (I’m from Germany and I booked in France) I don’t know what a car surname is a better example or explanation there would be good.

    I have used Onepark several times now and won't hesitate to use them again. The online booking is easy to navigate, prices are reasonable, covered, secure parking.. When I have needed to extend my stay, there has been no problem at all with extending my parking

    Easy to do the reservation on line, but I am not able to validate the right entry date and time for a spot in Switzerland because I am staying outside of Europe . So I will need to modify my reservation when I will be back in Europe.

    Overall Good and easy to do, , although I wanted to extend the time period and couldn't find this on the website, it seemed to be saying I had to cancel my order and then do it again, which as my car was already parked I didn't think made sense. A simple way to extend the time should be easier

    The car park was extremely difficult to exit. The door was closed and it took 10 mins of maneuvering to get out. Definitely scratched my car on exit.
