Verified reviewWhen I booked I received a code from you and assumed that this was for entry into the carpark. When we go there I did not know what to do with the code and I put the registration into the pay metre and it gave me a ticket which had no exit time or payment on it. I was now late for my train. I spent the whole day worrying that I would come back to a fine or worse a clamp on my car or my car towed away. It ruined my day. Your instructions are not clear enough and should be improved. Lorsque nous sommes arrivés, je ne savais pas quoi faire avec le code et j'ai mis l'enregistrement dans le compteur et il m'a donné un ticket qui n'avait pas d'heure de sortie ou de paiement. J'étais donc en retard pour mon train. J'ai passé toute la journée à m'inquiéter de devoir payer une amende ou, pire encore, de voir ma voiture immobilisée ou remorquée. Cela a gâché ma journée. Verified review1. I used two parking Lots, and the cameras of both parking lots did not recognize my plate number. It caused very inconvenient situations and wasted time. 2. I use it for business and private purposes, so I need to pay with two different credit cards. However, the system allows only one card registration. It also causes an inconvenience when changing cards.

Verified reviewThe online page does not work well.I put the wanted dates and checked 2 times,and i recived confirmation e mail with completly different time( starting from that moment). I called the number for contact, no one speaks english!!!! I do not recomment this parking

Verified reviewdid not receive the email or txt message with the code to enter. I had to ring and speak to a nice lady who had to do a manual process and tell me a code that I had to note down to be able to exit. Not a very smooth process, however it worked in the end. Another aspect is about the time booking: I arrived with 20 minutes in advance on the pre-booked time. I believe a bite more flexibility by 1/2 hour would be great. many thanks

Verified reviewPickup direction were unclear and driver did not want to come for pickup even though I was supposedly close by. I ended up paying for another parking since I was out of time.
