There was no-one at reception when we went to park the car. Luckily a car drove into the car park through the security gates so we could follow it in. We forwarded the email with the booking to the hotel to ensure they knew we had paid but received no acknowledgement. On returning to pick up the car reception was still unattended. Fortunately a workman knew the combination to the security gate so we could leave. Otherwise it was good - well placed, secure and convenient.

For Onepark service I don’t have any claims. I have claims for Parking place. On 21:30 Parking is close and open only at 08:00. I arrive one day later, and can’t get inside parking. On weekend parking was totally close and I loose my car for weekend. When you come to pick up your car, my car was blocked another car, and I spend time to searching parking staff. Photos I can attached to you.

It took me 10 minutes to book a parking slot!! Geez, creating an account, verifying purchase with card and card reader, making payment, filling the form, etc, etc.... and all that for one parking hour! Crazy! Never again...

It works!. I was sceptical that it would as this was my first time and it involved getting a space in a hotel car park in another country. I found a carpark as close as possible to the train terminal I needed in Paris CDG.. I was given a code. It got me in, there was a space, and it got me out again a few days later. No faff.
