Verified reviewI found the level of service extremely good. I managed to book an evening time instead of the morning to start my parking and I couldn’t enter the parking with the code. I rang the number which was at the entrance to the parking, got an immediate response and the problem was sorted straight away . The gentekeman also spoke to me in English ….I was parking in Nantes !

Verified reviewIn general it worked out alright, only I had booked a parking 3 weeks in advance to my needs and found out only 3 days prior arrival, that the booking hadn't gone through and I was left with no reservation. At short notice I had to pay almost double the prices, that wasn't funny at all.

Verified reviewThe link we were provided originally by our hotel showed no spaces available. We then tried the one park link and booked a space. The link in the directions took us to a different car park. We parked there, checking the name but upon exit 2 days later, we were charged €68 in addition to the €44 we had already paid online. We think we were in the wrong car park but the car park directions and signage were really unclear and confusing. We have contact one park to see if the matter can be resolved but they are not replying to my attempts to contact. We feel that we have been fleeced.
