Was charged twice and told a refund would take three weeks and have heard nothing back still. Booked then couldn’t enter or exit so had to get ticket and pay. The call button did not work but was safe and easy to find so if receive a refund would be good and would return.

Navigation was quite clear but I didn’t realize that the parking was 25 minutes by charged shuttle to the airport. Adding things up, it was better value to park at the airport parking so I cancelled the booking. I had problems in the past with these so called airport shuttles that suddenly become fully booked and miraculously a taxi is there to do the trip and double the cost. No thank you.

Booking experience was as great as always. However, Parking lot was not easy to find and the website did not provide directions. Needed to stop in front of the Hotel and asked the staff there for help.
