Location was good for us. However, the charge points for EV’s consist of three wall sockets. With very limited space and not really any charging power. When charging points are advertised, I would expect real possibilities. We had to charge elsewhere.

It's a shame that Onepark's team believe that they can advertise height of the ceiling of the car park as a maximum allowed vehicle height and push back when being challenged about it even though we nearly damaged our vehicle solely because of incorrectly advertised information on their site.

The driver of the valet service Mein Valet Frankfurt was not available on the phone and never showed up at the airport. As asked by the valet company, I tried to call the driver 30 minutes prior to our arrival, but nobody answered the phone (I tried around 30 times to call them, with no success). We had to find a last minute solution and we almost missed our flight due to that. Now I will file a complaint to get reimbursed as the service has not been delivered!

Parking situé pile sous notre hôtel, place assez petites, pas trèa larges, et signalétique introuvable, obligée d'appeler le service client pour comprendre que ce parking trouvé est le bon. Je recommanderai néanmoins et ferai de nouveau appel à vos services pour le mois d'octobre.
