Verified reviewUsing OnePark was a stressful experience. The car park controller person in the information booth had no knowledge of the booking, and did not know what to do with the email confirmation and I had to forward the OnePark email to the car park company. It was a different person each day and no one knew what to do. The language barrier made it difficult as our email was only in English too. I have a dreadful feeling that I will get fined in a few weeks as our car registration was printed on the ticket we had to get each time we arrived (it was a 3 day parking booking). We caused queues at the exit as the barrier would not go up, and I had to explain our booking into an intercom. They had no details of it. So very stressful for three days. Also minimum booking was 3 days (over 48hrs) whereas it was the same price just to turn up and pay which would have caused less anxiety.

Verified reviewEasy to book. If you stay later than originally planned, you pay for the extra hours stayed once you get back to your parking, so no stress if you’re running late or plans change. Easy to find and car park was safe and secure.
