Ordered and paid online but still had to pay the same amount at the carpark, the staff there wouldn't have anything to do with my confirmation from onepark. Have asked for a reimbursement but have yet to receive one.

The entrance of the garage was extremely small. We had a hard time maneuvering down to the designated third floor under ground where we found the tiniest parking space we've ever seen. It would be good if the company would warn people before hand that this place is only suitable for small city cars, not SUV's like ours (Tesla Model X).
