Easy to book and use the carpark, wasn't easy to find where to navigate using satnav or google maps when new to the area. Need a better picture/description of entrance to carpark. But overall happy with the service.

The web experience is not great, the booking process is lengthy and it is too easy to select the wrong time and date. With regard to paying, PayPal would be a good option, better directions, an interactive map showing more clearly the location of the Rennes car park.

Difficult to get bank card approval. I had to use uk card which will cost me transfer fees because it wouldn’t accept my spanish card
