Verified reviewBooking experience was good, the parking navigation line is narrow to very tight. But this can be dealt with, by few back and forth manoeuvres. The car was perfectly safe and accessible at any time, so in our check-out day, we were able to leave our luggage in the car and enjoy Paris for few more hours. The price was the best we could find. Thanks

Verified reviewThe site was easy to navigate. Unfortunately, the license plate was not recognized and I had to take a ticket and then pay again (but even more than I had prepaid) to leave the lot. I ended up paying €13.30 in addition to the €10.80 (booking #2806554) I prepaid in booking online. I would like a reimbursement of the €13.30 (ticket 17809 for Lille Grand Place).

Verified reviewCould you add a link with the location, kind of link you can open with google map or plan. I don't like the fact my card is registered on the website it could have been 1 payment as otherwebsite and avoid saving it. this is not your fault but the parking is quite dirty and old

Verified reviewThe parking location and price were excellent. The hotel was timely informed about our parking reservation. However, the underground secured parking has two gates to enter. The hotel gate is on left side, but I tried to access a gate on right side. It was difficult to make u-turn in the driving lines.

Verified reviewThe application was well set up ! Only one problem ….. you ask for the car model and plate ….. I will be renting a car and won’t know the model and plate number till I pick up the car ! Everything else was great !
