Verified reviewThe location is perfect! The only problem is once you park the car there is no clear directions for the persons to exit the basement parking. We tried the side door and ended up in the residential area of the building. We wasted at least 20 minutes just figuring out how to get out. Finally, someone entering the building via the main gate let us out. While picking up the car we had another issue: the garage's main gate wouldn't open. We located and tried all the possible switches and code scanners finally the maintenance guy from the building happened to walk in and let us out. Apart from these issues, the car was safely parked and the price is OK for the city parking. There are more expensive parking lots around.

Verified reviewPayment worked only via app and online it didn't. I used different cards, which didn't work but in the app the first one worked fine. The app is not really user-friendly, because it took a while until i noticed, that I have to zoom in and press again on the parking to book it after selecting it in the search bar. The address ist wrongly written om the website.
