Verified reviewThe service is not adapted for long-term rentals: they don't offer automatic renewal, you must compose 6 digits number to enter and leave a parking, a keyboard is located right next to the entrance, so you must get out of a car to compose the code. There're alternative services that have mobile apps to enter / leave a parking. Aren't we in the 21th century?

Verified reviewPedestrian exit had no onepark keyboard and therefore was unaccessible. I have had to go to the car access and call customer service asking to open the gate for me since I couldn't use my code there or my booking would have ended. Getting back my car, pedestrian access had the onepark keyboard but would only allow me to enter a hall but no access to the stairs in order to go to the garage. So again I had to call and use the car access Other than that, it's been great parking close to the city center for that price

Verified reviewAll was great, except for the confusing information about the logistics of parking. I was told that I needed to validate my ticket at a Aena counter once parked. But when I went there, the attendant told me everything was in order and I didn’t need validation. Conversely, I was not told to validate my ticket when getting out of the parking lot, and had to find a counter to do so before being able to exit the lot. In summary, clearer info about the procedure to follow would be great, especially for first time users.

Verified reviewChaotic. I had to park my car in the street because the lot was overflowing. And the shuttles were unreliable. I thought I was going to have to call an Uber to get to the airport on time.
