Verified reviewOnly French language on the screen when entering the code at the entry. Therefore, I didn’t understand if the code was accepted or declined. I expected the ticket to jump out automatically, so I wasn’t sure if I need to press the button after entering the code. This was a dilemma because if the code was not accepted and I press the button for the ticket, I might get the “normal” ticket, not the booked one. So I ended up exiting the garage right away and calling the customer support. This confusion would not have happened if the feedback on the screen would be displayed in the international iconography or language.

Verified reviewAn absolute disgrace . The hotel at Angoulême was closed so had to park at a nearby public park at a cost of e50! I have spoken to one park who where unaware of this hotel’s problems. Several other people appeared to be in the same position . I expect a full refund and compensation for the cost now standing at in excess of e80
