Verified reviewThe good thing is that they answered rather quick. I had a problem with paying which was because of the strong security of my bank. So I had to change the payment through another bank account. It would be helpful to be able to pay via PayPal in case the bank account doesn't work for whichever reasons. So I could manage it. But an alternative to a credit / debit card would be nice. Now we will see how it works..... Thank you

Verified reviewIt was easy to make an account and make a reservation for a parking space in Milan. However, we will travel with a rented car, so I could not fill in the required information. I filled in our own car (comparable in size) and will change the information when it is available. It would be helpful to give the customer the option to choose: rental car, approx. model. Or the option to fill this in later.

Verified reviewIn biarritz in the park where I booked the personnel was not aware at all of the procedure of the guests booking with one park. They didn’t recognize my booking and I had to pay the ticket plus the payment I made with you, I paid twice. The personnel spoke only French not another language at all so it was impossible to explain them.

Verified reviewI booked and payed for a parking spot that didn't exist ; the parking lot was full so I couldn't park my car in it, I wasted a lot of time and had to pay an other parking that was very expensive Many other people were in the same situation as me that day

Verified reviewIn Biarritz no one of the parking assistanr spoke english, i have to pay twice! Shame on you who allows to partner a parking place where their assistant neither speak spanish english italian ir portuguése.
