Verified reviewthe location information was not very clear. I had to drive past the entrance of the parking lot three times to locate it, despite the gps. The places and the way in the parking lot are very very! narrow. The entrance and exit were very difficult because the gate would not open. Bad information. Impossible to contact someone for assistance. I do not recommend at all!!! I preferred to take another parking lot 5 min away (Zenpark, impeccable!!!)

Verified reviewWhile the booking process was easy, the only method that I could see mentioned for accessing the specific car park was by camera reading my registration plate. This did not work either on entering or leaving the car park and led to difficulties.

Verified reviewI was charged 2.5 euros extra for 2 minutes. This was not a delay caused by me, but a delay caused by the exit gate which didnt opened on time.
