Verified reviewThere was no attendant in the car park, so when I tried to leave I had to pay an additional 7EUR. Either that was the supplement to what I had paid with OnePark - or it was the total value of the stay, which was cheaper than what I paid to OnePark. Won't be using again.

Verified reviewThe parking spot is cheap but there are reasons why: 1. Entrance is not comfortable, you need to block bicycle and pedestrian road to be able exit and enter code for the gate. 2. Access to lower floors is too narrow. Onepark spot is on -2 floor, you need to be very experienced driver to pass two downhills. I did a big scratch and need to pay 250 euro to my insurance but it is my fault, I did a bad angle. 3. Dirty and not looks safety. Near my car there was some bottles, burned vespa, some fluid. For pedestrian exit and entrance you need pass tight stairs with urina on walls. But during one day nobody damaged or broke my car.

Verified reviewI am fed up with hidden charges so no service which has them is going to get a good review. Onepark charge an additional 1€ as a booking charge, a 10% increase on my fee simply for taking my money. Why? Everything is done on line there is no excuse it’s simply profiteering.

Onepark does indeed apply a service charge which has been set up to guarantee free cancellation of your reservation (within the time limits specified for each car park) and 24/7 telephone assistance for our customers.
