Verified reviewParking barriers didn’t open automatically, had to take a ticket and talk to the staff. The staff didn’t talk English, so it was very complicated to resolve the situation and exit the parking.

Hello, apparently I made a mistake, and I’ve booked parking for today instead of yesterday. Please do not cancel my booking and do not issue refund as I have used the parking yesterday, 17/08.

According to the carpark policy, you will be asked to pay an extra-fee when leaving the carpark or, should a Onepark keyboard be installed, the corresponding amount will be charged directly on your credit card, when entering your code. Verified reviewNice garage up to a beautiful hotel lobby. Only problem was the exit was the same as the entrance. Kind of scary but luckily no one came in at the same time. When we entered we only had to back up and let them out. No problems
