  I placed my order on 12 Sep 2020. It's been almost 2 weeks now but my order has yet to be processed or shipped. The website still shows that my payment is still awaiting review even though the amount has already been successfully charged to my credit card.

  Tea packaging is good. Delivery is prompt. Not able to try all the tea orderedas yet. However the bergamot flavour for The Des Lords is not as pronounced as advertised. Expect a stronger bergamot scent.

  Excellent tea company with a wide range of beautiful teas. On the website there is background information and brewing tips for each tea. Every tea I’ve tried has been great. My favourite is Long Jing if you need a recommendation!
