Great iron . Have always had Tefal but this is a superb generator. Only issue I have is after only four months use, the cork is coming off the handle which I did not expect being so new.

Polti sell great products. It is such a shame, on this occasion I was unable to register my warranty on the website despite inputting all the information required. Tried calling Polti Customer Service multiple times, always get a voicemail saying they will call back - they have not. Tried emailing them - no response. Evebtually got a response to a review on Trustpilot giving me the same telephone number and email I had already tried.

I bought this to replace my larger machine when it broke. I needed a lighter weight one as I am now over 70 and found the other one heavy to be taking upstairs. Whilst the new machine is adequate I mis the power of the older one.
