Verified reviewThe product was first sent to me with scratches and stains all over the body. I requested for an exchange which your customer service obliged promptly. Due to your company policy's exchange policy the turnaround time for this exchange took a week and the exchanged product came to me again with scratches and stains all over the white part of the product body. Your customer service should have the common sense to get the product checked and double checked when a customer requests for an exchange but that obviously didn't happen. So second exchange took another week. Not perfect;y "new" product which I would expect - scratch and stain free but it was much better than the first 2 so I just closed one eye and let it go. Never have I been so frustrated buying a product online as I had with Tefal. Not doing it again.

Verified reviewThe Malaysian website and customer service is terrible. My item was broken in delivery and I had to chase them for a new piece. The person in charge of the WhatsApp is very inefficient and rude. The way the items were packed for delivery was deplorable. I have used tefal for the last 20years and I love the brand. This was my first online shopping experience with Tefal and it was terrible.
