1. Customer service via Whatsapp is very inefficient and time consuming. Some queries took 5 hours for a response and didn't answer the questions posed. Gives you the runaround instead and requests you to send an email to gsmconsumer@groupeseb.com. Should have a live human person to speak to like other companies. 2. Product bought via Tefal's own online store but registration for e-warranty was REJECTED TWICE. Don't understand why as WhatsApp Customer Service didn't bother to explain. 3. Bought 3 items online one after another on the same day but they arrive at 3 different times on 2 different days. Wasted a lot of my time as I have to be home to receive the products. 4. Can't enter more than one promo code in one order. So for 3 (different) items, I have to order 3 times and pay 3 times. A waste of time. 4. The invoice/receipt given only states the SKU No. Please also state the description of the items clearly. Don't be cryptic as though you have something to hide.
