For urgent orders, the express delivery option (24-hour service) would have been more appropriate. That said, your package was indeed delivered on time, as expected.   Their website indicates delivery to Europe is within 6 days. I was in holiday there and placed an order. My order took 20 days to arrive, I had already left Europe, and I'm now struggling to have it send to me.

Our customer service team has proposed to resend the parcel at our expense to the country of your choice. To proceed, please respond to our private message with your preferred address and contact telephone number. After reviewing our records, we confirm that the package was dispatched on time and arrived in Greece on August 18th. However, according to the tracking information, it took the Greek Office 8 working days to complete the delivery. We completely understand your frustration, especially as this delay meant your order did not reach you while you were in Europe.   Everything was exactly as ordered! Fast delivery… one small issue. In correspondence it says a signature was required on delivery yet the delivery company (DPD) just left it outside the door in the morning… we got home at midnight, thank fully it was still there

  Purchased a hair brush ..ahhhh 21 yrs ago at grand central station in New York City (on vacation with dtg). The brush unfortunately was breaking apart (rubber section holding the bristles). However I loved the brush soooo.... I had to have another brush. My purchase included a brush for my dtg, my dtg-in-law, my grand dtg and myself!! I love my new brush. My small purse brush from 21 yrs ago is still going strong. Great quality!! You should be proud

  Dear Pylones, I would like to apologize for late answear. Since I have given some bags as a gift, I had to wait until I receive them by post office to take a photo of all of them.
