Verified reviewWe received a dish with a small crack in one of the handles. You cannot phone customer services, but have to fill in an online form, and wait for them to respond. They then sent a replacement which also had a similar crack in one of the handles. We were offered another replacement, but have asked for a refund instead. They have not replied to this request.

Verified reviewI ordered a replacement lid for one that had split Not had much use so very disappointed However I have several of differing sizes and bo probles so thought it was a one off. I made an error and order the largest early July. Itbtook days to get a response as I'd asked for the order to be stopped & replaced with the next size down. Told it was too late. So I requested a refund with the purpose of reordering the right size. Its taken till the end of August to approve my return!!It's an item that will fit in a A4 envelope and cost £1 to post. I have just gone order a new lid. £5 for the lid & £5 for postage!! Having looked locally for the same product I can buy the dish & lid for £8.99. Dreadful customer on line support 😪

Verified reviewDefinitely recommend. While not cheap, it extends the life of my dishes so i can still put in the freezer and store food etc. i would say the very large box it came in was a waste. It could have been sent in a much package.
