Site a little confusing. Delivery and packaging of your products superb. However really disapointed that I cannot purchase the vaccumn storage lids, separately. As I incorrectly ordered the seal and store dishes in error. I felt your customer service department was very unsympathetic! I really love the fact that unlike other storage containers, you can see at a glance what's in them. Better still they make excellent serving dishes.

Take care when ordering. The measurements given are outside measurements, not inside, so you can't know whether the dish bought is big enough for your intended purpose (although you do know whether it will fit in your cupboards, if that is important to you). Worse, this information doesn't seem to be available anywhere on the web site.
