Verified reviewAbsolutely awful customer service. They are based in France and their grasp of English is appalling. They send you non sensical emails. Perhaps this is a clever ploy - play stupid and the customer will give up. I didn't receive my order but they at first said it had been delivered. I hadn't received it and one of their DHL couriers lied and claimed I had signed for it but I hadn't as I was in hospital and no one else was at home. I informed them of this and cancelled the order and asked for a refund under the Consumer Retail Act but this legal instruction was ignored and a refund was never provided. They then sent out another order despite me telling them not to, with no notification of delivery and I found this left on my doorstep in plain view of anyone passing. I asked them to take it back but they just sent a nonsense email and stopped responding. If you want Pyrex buy it from a UK store. They need prosecuting for a breach of UK Consumer Law.

Verified reviewI would definitely recommend Pyrex to others & I love the variety & selection you have. However, DHL delivery was abysmal, delivering 4 days late & then delivering it to a completely different address to mine, which led me to have to go around my area looking for my stuff! This ruined my experience of buying directly from Pyrex unfortunately.

Verified reviewThese Pyrex dishes are an excellent design, ideal for food storage in the fridge and freezer and can also be used in the oven if the seal is removed, which is very easy to do. Also, importantly, they are made in France so the manufacturing will be to European standards and the investment stays in Europe. I am delighted with my purchase of Pyrex dishes and may buy more in different sizes in the future.
