Verified reviewThey sent 2 of the wrong items. When I tried to get this resolved, they were almost impossible to contact. When I eventually did find a way to do so, they demanded photos of what I ordered and what I received. They didn’t check my original order and then kept asking for my postal details repeatedly. They wouldn’t reply, nor confirm when the 2 missing items would be sent and I had to chase them for 3 weeks, until they finally replied and eventually sent the missing items. In short, very badly organised and very had to deal with.

Verified reviewAt first I was dissapointed that everything I wanted to order was showing out of stock on the website. However after I reached out to customer service they were able to update the website to reflect that some items were in fact in stock. Customer support was super helpful and very courteous. I wish the website would have been properly updated in the first place, but short of that I'm happy with how it was handled.

Verified reviewI really like these dishes as I can use them for serving, storing in the fridge and also reheating in a microwave , all in one good quality glass dish which comes with handles which is what makes it different from ither glass containers... saves me the trouble of having to use serving and storage dishes separately. I'm a happy customer 😊

Verified reviewI ordered three Cook&Store replacement plastic lids. I expected items used in the preparation and storage of food to be supplied with in individual plastic bags or similar protection. Mine were not. Mine were also dusty. I also noted the sticky identification label of one lid had been removed. Why? Did I get sent lids that had been returned by a previous customer?
