Verified reviewI ordered 3 of these dishes, they are a great size as I need them when I am cooking for a crowd of about 50 odd people. They arrived promptly and were packaged well so not to incur any damage in transit. They clean up lovely without much scrubbing like non stick pans do. I might need another one as the ovens I use at our club will take 4.

Verified reviewI recently ordered two sets of glassware from Pyrex, spending over £60, but unfortunately, one of the sets was oddly shaped and didn’t meet my needs. I decided to return it, only to be hit with a £10 postage charge! It’s really disappointing that Pyrex doesn’t offer free returns, especially when most other retailers, like Amazon, make the process hassle-free. After this experience, I’ll think twice before ordering directly from Pyrex again. I expected better customer service and more consideration for loyal customers. Next time, I’ll stick with Amazon.

Verified reviewMy original order arrived chipped. When asked for replacements they asked for photos of the damage. I sent them the obvious one and told them that the others were too difficult to get clear pictures. They persisted and seemed to think that it was my job to help them improve their product. I suspect that i was dealing with someone who was not too familiar with the English language. Either way I was not impressed. It appeared that they were making a meal out of it in the hope that I would give up. The replacements came only after I had given their Customer Service a poor review.
