Verified reviewI have mixed feelings. The delivery while very quickly organised, was terrible. The package was smashed, the tape was broken, and the courier lied it was delivered and signed by me. In reality, it was left in front of the building where it could be very easily stolen. Two products seem good quality but one cracked before I got the chance to use it, so overall rather poor experience for spending £60 for three items.

Verified reviewTwo out of three items arrived damaged. Customer care then asked for photos. I sent the one easiest to photo but they then wanted more. It felt as if they were trying to make such a song and dance that I would give up and go away. They are prone to chipping anyway but at least I thought it might be possible to start off with unchipped versions.

Verified reviewI could not have the lids delivered to Ireland due to faults on the website, would not allow non UK address. I had it delivered to my daughter in London and she in turn sent my lids costing £13 in postage to me. Customs in Ireland then held them until I paid a further €18.13 in vat. In the end the 4 lids which originally cost £18.50 ended up costing me €62.72 to finally reach my Irish address so not happy at all.
