Verified reviewUnfortunately I had to send about 5 messages to Pyrex regarding a damaged item. I tried every possible contact option. I got a confirmation email after sending the contact request, but never heard anything after that. Eventually ( 5 weeks later) after replying to a marketing email from pyrex, I got a response from Ana. She apologised and said the message had gone to spam. She then dealt with the situation quickly and efficiently (thank you Ana), but I will not buy from this site again.

Verified reviewOrdered a replacement lid for a circular 1.4 litre and 2.1 litre glass casserole sish. However impossible to tell from the website if it would fit. When I received them one fitted after a fashion but for the larger dish. The bigger one was far too big for any of my casserole dishes so I have just wasted money. Impossible to get a refund as postage cost is more than cost of item and Pyrex make the customer pay. Need more careful descritpions on website plus which original dishes the lids will fit.

Verified reviewIdentifying the correct size of replacement lids from the measurements supplied is impossible, because where the actual measurement is located isn't clear. Something Pyrex need to clarify to their customers.
