Verified reviewit's been a month first of all since the order. i don't know how this company still exists. do they have any managers? it's appalling. they do not know how to help and keep making things worse. first they said we sent it. i said, that's an old tracking number, then they said, it's ok, it's been sent. a few days after, i said, who did u send it with? they said x or y. no tracking number. i said that' bc you didnt send anything. frustration, waste of time, total incompetence in customer service resolving an issue. one day they said, wait until three o clock today and if not we will send it again. like, constant games, no integrity, not like talking to actual human beings with common sense. i said you know what at this point after all this, i just want the refund for the item please that you didn't send me. or i need to speak to a manager. they dismissed and send it. i literally happened to see their email in 5 min. i said please i have requested a refund at this point. they ignored again. pushing sales is not ok. i will actually report them for unethical behavior to an appropriate body. this is not just a sales issue. they don't know how to help and in the effort to do so, they violate your consumer rights. maybe they need to be reported for sb to explain to them some things, some basics. i always thought of pyrex as an established trustworthy company. this comes as a huge shock. if you happen to order sth and get it, cool. if contact is needed (and it's been needed for me for all three orders countless emails back and forth. i think for the jug issues it's close to 30 emails. they might be lacking leadership? this stuff off.

Verified reviewStraight forward ordering system, good quality products. The only suggestion for improvement is to allow customers to choose one of each size rather than packs of 3 lids. I needed several sizes lids and I now have too many extras. Otherwise the order was delivered promptly and all items were as expected.

Verified reviewItems ok, a little expensive BUT the packaging was ridiculous! What would have fitted in a jiffy bag was posted in a 2’ x 1’ (55cm x 20cm) approximately cardboard box and my husband had the joy of cutting it up to put it into our limited recycling bin! Please think of the environmental impact your packaging has and pack accordingly.

Verified reviewAll products came with fabrication defects (bubbles, inclusions, scratches). I got a replacement for those with scratches, but not for the others. Compared to other pyrex products I got in physical shops in previous years, it looks like online they sell lower quality. Disappointed.
