The website was clear and easy to navigate. The difference between French Pyrex (still borosilicate glass) and Anglo-Saxon licensees of the trademark was clarified for those of us who have bought UK or American pyrex.

I was pleased to see that replacement lids were available. Sorting out the sizes I needed was a bit of a faff. The lids are marked in cm and the measurement is not precise. The bowls are sized in capacity so matching the lids is not straight forward.
