Everything was great in the service and I like the products - the reason for 3 stars is I found the amount of packaging material excessive (I know the goods are made of glass and it's good to be careful, but I feel like even if they were packaged a bit less wastefully, they would most likely remain intact - I'm quite sure if one did the maths, a couple of items from a great big batch could break in the mail if packaging was reduced somewhat. But that one sacrifice would have saved so much unnecessary packing material!)

We were very satisfied with the speed of service - it was within 48 hours of ordering. The dish was very well and securely packed. Indeed, we thought it rather over-packed. It might save you cost to re-design the packaging you use for such a small item

I am very pleased that replacement lids are available for my Pyrex tableware but very disappointed in the size and structure of the packaging used. Far too much waste is the packaging which adds to the cost to both the customer and environment.
