I brought direct from Pyrex in the hope that the glass items would arrive safely. 3 out of 4 items arrived with chips in them when I contacted customer services they said they were ok to use. When I asked if that included consuming any glass that might come away during the cooking process due to the chips their ‘tone’ of email response was rude and they offered me no help at all. I shall not be buying direct from Pyrex again. Items arrive faulty and customer services do not take customer satisfaction seriously.
