My order came in two parts - both delivered or rather dumped outside two different addresses by DHL - not my address and with boxes in a very bad condition. The products are good but completely failed by DHL as the courier

Verified reviewDelayed response and I am still waiting for them to confirm if I can return the damaged items. Not sure what’s keeping them from responding . Also they don’t appreciate price adjustment - found same items that were tagged as sale elsewhere for a cheaper price. I would never use their site again - I like the products just fine but did lot find their customer support any helpful., at least not yet !
