  I am so sorry to learn about the difficulties you have experienced with your recent order. Because of the volume of orders our delivery partners deliver, we provide a kerbside and ground-floor delivery service. However, we do not penalise drivers who have assessed their manifest and delivered outside this stipulation. Fortunately, the driver has fulfilled basement delivery on your previous orders, albeit without making you aware this was a service above and beyond their required duty, leading to your recent disappointment. We can arrange for the driver to call before arrival for future orders to minimise recurrence. Thank you for sharing the feedback regarding the delivery limits to your building. I have ensured each account has been updated with this information so that customers are advised when they receive a quote request or order.   Well its not good as it says ring before to guarantee your delivery the next day so I wasted the next day and no delivery and awaited the next day after that and my delivery turned up at half past one so not very happy with it .

We do not currently offer weekend deliveries as a standard; however, for future reference, we can arrange a special service for an additional cost if this is required.   Nothing to do with the company its self just choice of delivery company and there poor performance, my package was left in a corridor for hotel guests and could have been taken by anyone, the receptionist at Raja did look into the delivery and report back to me.

  I Have ordered pallet wrap pack of 6 rolls. Extended Cardboard Core Black Blown Stretch Film, 30% Recycled, 25 Micron, 500mm x 200m, Pack of 6 (Price is pack of 6 on website and I have ordered 6 I should receive 36 but received only 6 single. I have been charged £121.74 excluding VAT. One roll cost me £20.29 where you can buy this roll on amazon £5 - £6 maximum. When i contacted customer service they ask me to retune the parcel on my own cost and there will be 30% deduction to restore the product back in warehouse. Very disappointed with their service and misleading description of the products on website.

  The products were fine but the courier company they use is awful. To receive a notification that a delivery will be made between 08:00-18:00 with no live tracking is simply not acceptable in 2024 - not all the order was delivered and 1 box contained not packaging material but plastic flower pots? You need to change to DPD they do everything your current company do not

  Delivery - if it can be called that - was a TOTAL disaster. I'm pretty sure I pointed out courier deliveries CANNOT be made to s PO Box and gave alternative instructions with the order. There followed a nightmare sequence of failed communications with DX. You must have your reasons for using them, but it is easier to contact HMRC than them!

  I had a small problem with the delivery but RAJA UK quickly resolved the situation!?! The product arrived as per their email, was packaged securely and the product arrived undamaged!?! The product is perfect for my needs, perfectly described on their website, absolutely no complaints whatsoever, highly recommended them and their product!?!
