  Order did not arrive next day as advertised and advised on order. I cancelled the order after two days and stopped the delivery. Although the company fully agreed that they messed up it has taken a few days for a credit note to be issued and l am still awaiting the refund! Very friendly customer service and to be fair a great selection of packaging material. But you should not have to wait for a refund when the company itself messed up very disappointing as l thought l had found a company we could work with.

  I would have given it more stars because I did genuinely have a good first experience purchasing packaging with Raja, though mind you, it was only a first experience and I would have ideally preferred to have made more purchases before providing a review. However, I felt compelled to write this when I found out that ever since I made my purchase, I have been hounded on my social media platforms, especially YouTube with adverts from them to make more purchases. Literally almost every video I click on, there's another advert. First of all, how do you have access to my YouTube account when I never provided it? But of course it's the algorithm, data privacy etc. the world we live in today. This isn't right. If I've signed off my anonymity because of a purchase, then I'm going to hesitate to make another one. This needs to stop.

  I contacted Raja through their online chat to check how many of a certain product they had in stock. They confirmed they had 10 packs of 12. I placed my order with no problems. When the order arrived, there were only 5 packs in the parcel. I had not received any communication from Raja that their stock was incorrect on their system and my order would be short. I had to contact THEM to find out what had happened to my order. This is where my frustration lies and why my score is so low. If they had made me aware of the shortage before I received the order, my score would have been higher.

  Once again poor delivery and packaging. Its ironic that a company that sells products for packaging can't pack their own products to ship. Foot prints on the boxes plus one piece of metal in an open box which should have had a complete frame. DX continue to let RAJA UK down with shoddy deliveries

  I chose Raja as I have colleagues who work there and chose to give Raja a try for our business. The last order was short of product but credit was offered. There is somewhat lengthy delay in customer services response (2 or 3 days), which I hope improves.

  I am a small business and have been purchasing my packaging from Rajapak for many years and they have never failed to deliver. If I have had a query and called them they are always courteous and nothing is ever a problem .Can't recommend highly enough.

  I ordered a numbers of boxes and realised as soon as they arrived I have mistakenly ordered the wrong size. I called to ask for advise about whether I could have a refund on the boxes I hadn't opened. I was told I could and I paid for the boxes and packaging to be returned. I have now recieved a credit note not refund despite being told I would I would get a refund. This has taken up an awful lot of my time hassling for the cost of the return boxes, hassling for the refund. I am throughly dissapointed with the service.
